So far, this property consists of a cozy 582 Sq. ft. guest home and an inviting 517 Sq. ft. studio lodge, each architecturally designed to reflect the natural beauty and peaceful ambiance of the mountains of North Georgia.

The guest house is a simple and functional one-bedroom, one-bathroom hideaway. Its black board-and-batten exterior and warm wood accents make a stunning impression, while the vibrant red front door is a playful nod to Ellijay's status as Georgia's "Apple Capital."

In the guest home a compact yet highly functional tucked-away kitchen and pantry (above) with warm wooden cabinetry, open shelving, and rustic finishes. The hidden pantry is perfect for storing essentials while keeping the tiny space uncluttered.

Adjacent to the guest home, the studio lodge is a multi-purpose space for leisure, entertainment, and a deep connection to the outdoors.

Comfortable furniture surrounded by fishing rods on the walls creates a relaxed, riverfront vibe connecting guests to the area's outdoor heritage.

The tucked-away bar is perfect for mixing a drink or grabbing a "cold one" from the built-in mini-fridge to maximize lounge time.

In the bedroom, gorgeous vaulted ceilings and natural wood tones provide a cozy, inviting atmosphere for rest and relaxation. Thoughtful touches, like large windows framing the surrounding woods, allow natural light to pour into the space while offering stunning property views.

The outdoor spaces are just as impressive as the interiors.

A stone-paved pathway leads guests to a cozy fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, perfect for evenings of storytelling and stargazing.

The landscape, which blends perfectly with the natural topography, enhances the sense of seclusion and connection to nature, providing a tranquil and peaceful environment.
